It's been a good week:

But....the very best part of all (except the Randy getting the job part).....

was

Our Girls Favorite Things Get together.

We hated Leslie, Jennifer, and Beth couldn't come!  They had planned to when it was planned for Sunday but we decided to change the date at the last minute due to a special announcement from our Pastor being scheduled for Sunday evening....so we changed it to Saturday.

Oh....it was fun!

We shared a meal.  We shared laughs.  We shared our stories.  We shared our favorite things that cost less then $6: aloe plants, crackle nail polish, coconut lip balm, Barnes and Noble gift card and book mark, a free embroidery, and strawberry chocolate tea!

SO FUN!

We decided we definitely needed to do this again soon so the ladies who couldn't make it last time can come next time!

I enjoyed these ladies.

It was very difficult to leave our "old" class.  It was filled with people who are so dear to my heart.  Our new class is made up of a few couples from our old class but half of the class is also new families to the church.  I love that!  It is so nice to meet and know these people.

It was such great conversation.  Everyone participated.  Nobody monopolized the conversation.  Everybody gave and took.

I enjoyed getting to know them better and am so excited to continue to build these relationships.

Real relationships take time.  They don't happen over night and they can't be forced.

Looking forward to growing in these friendships.
